Randall Thorp were lead masterplan and landscape consultants for this outline application for a new Garden Village in West Oxfordshire. Our knowledge and experience enabled our client to develop a robust landscape-led Illustrative Masterplan for a sustainable new community of up to 3,000 new homes. The masterplan also included two new primary schools, employment, retail, sport, leisure and community facilities as well as a new country park and burial ground.

In addition to our masterplanning services, our client also benefited from our experience of landscape survey and appraisal as part of our production of the Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) chapter for the outline Environmental Statement.
