Randall Thorp produced a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment to accompany a detailed application for the conversion of a rendering plant to a combined heat and power plant. The LVIA focused on the visual effects of the proposed tall chimneys, informing the integration of screening planting within the scheme in order to minimise any potential effects through landscape mitigation.
