Working with a team of planners, engineers and architects FWP, Randall Thorp were able to sensitively masterplan the site in order to overcome landscape and visual implications and gain outline planning permission for the land at Ingol. The successful application included 450 homes, a forest parkland and a training facility for Preston North End Football Club. Randall Thorp and the design team then went on to produce detailed designs for the training facility, gaining full planning permission.
