We are thrilled to have been part of the team that helped HUB and National Express secure planning consent for more than 2,000 homes on the site of the former bus garage in South Digbeth, Birmingham. Our Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment supported the hybrid application which proposes a combination of canal side homes and student accommodation, including accessible public realm and a new canal-side public square.
